1. Time Frame
Refunds are available within 3 days of the purchase date of your subscription.
2. Usage Criteria
Refunds are not available if a user has significantly utilized any of our core AI services within the 30-day period. Specifically:
- AI Chat, Image Generator, or Chat Photo: More than 10 generations in total
- Create AI Character or Video Generator: More than 2 generations
These usage levels indicate substantial engagement with our platform, and therefore fall outside our refund policy.
3. Subscription Cancellation
To qualify for a refund, you must first cancel your subscription. This can be done via your account settings on our website or by contacting our customer support team.
4. Processing Refunds
- Request Procedure: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@veed.one with your subscription details and the reason for your refund request. Additional information may be required to process your request.
- Review Process: Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to process refund requests within 7 business days from the date of receipt.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Exceeding Usage Limits: If your account shows significant use of AI services during the 30-day period.
- Non-Compliance: If you violate our terms of service or engage in prohibited activities on our platform.
- Beyond 30 Days: Refund requests made beyond 30 days from the purchase date will not be considered.
- Fraudulent Chargebacks: If a customer initiates a wrongful or fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback.

6. Modifications to the Policy
VeedOne reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Subscribers are encouraged to review the policy periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
